Shipping Policy

Vaping Jill provides shipping services through Canada Post with fees calculated at check out. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the package to be delivered, for more detailed delivery practices please refer to your local Canada Post office.

Please bare in mind some delays are possible due to Global COVID19 pandemic.

All orders place by 1:00 PM EST will be processed and shipped the same day, excluding weekends and holidays, all orders placed after the cut off time will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped next business day.

Vaping Jill participates in Age Verification program offered through Canada Post. Proof of age will be requested on all first time orders for first time customers at the time of delivery. Vaping Jill reserves the right to deduct return shipping cost on all returned packages.
